IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Applications are not processed until the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $65 per adult is paid. ALL ADULTS 18 and over must submit an application. You must review the Rental Application Policy and Procedures BEFORE submitting your application. YOUR APPLICATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. It is your resposibility to confirm availability of the property with the listing agent prior to submitting the application. This is a generic application link. When applying, you will choose RE/MAX Center Generic Application, GA 00000. There will be a place at the end of the application to provide the property address.
APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. O.C.G.A §10-6A-6 requires Brokers to present all completed applications to lease to the landlord/owner. The landlord/owner reserves the right to accept the best application based on economic considerations. These considerations include, but are not limited to, the move-in date of the applicant, the rental rate offered by the applicant, any concessions requested by the applicant, and the creditworthiness of the applicant.
